Gluten, along with other proteins in grain, is very difficult to digest. A diet high in unfermented whole grains, particularly wheat, puts an enormous strain on the whole digestive system. Eventually, the GI system breaks down and you end up with allergies, celiac disease, mental illness, chronic indigestion and Candida albicans overgrowth to name just a few.

The vast majority of soy at your local market is not a health food. The exception is fermented soy, which I’ll explain more about later and even worse GMO soy that is contaminated with large pesticide residues as the reason it is GMO is so they can spray the potent toxic herbicide Roundup on them to improve crop production by killing the weeds.

Hormones control just about everything in the body! They are responsible for growth, metabolism, immune function, healing and aging. They control sexual activity, mood, hunger and thirst. They prepare the body for puberty, mating, and parenting. And if that were not enough, they control the fight-or-flight response that allows us to perform superhuman feats.
